The Cadence Equestrian Center and Community was a magnificent concept that unfortunately fell victim to the market crash of 2008. The property was 450 acres with a 1.5 million dollar equestrian center (that was completed), 35 home sites and an extensive network of beautiful trails that crisscrossed the meadows and mountains of the property.
When the site work started, the developer built a building on Main Street in downtown Blue Ridge, GA that was representative of the look, style and architecture that was to be built. The architectural concepts were developed by Moss Creek Design and completed by Trimble Kelly along with the detailing of the interior of the sales center downtown and the equestrian center on site. Lori Hayward of Hayward Design was the equestrian consultant and designed the equestrian center. Roy Ashles & Associates were the Landscape Architects who detailed the site plan, signage, gates and fencing.
