Introducing a new renovation project recently completed by StudioTrimble in the Tilly Bend area of Lake Blue Ridge. This project was designed and constructed over the Covid time period and was a major interior renovation involving reworking some walls to open up the interior living space, renovated all bathrooms, completely renovated the kitchen, new finishes, new lighting fixtures and all new furniture throughout the house. The previous owners sold the house furnished which all furniture was replaced, but we held onto their wonderful art collection. The original art was all framed with gilded gold frames that were way too traditional and dated for the new more contemporary design. Our team modified the frames with a black wash to give a more contemporary feel. Always so fun looking at before and after photos after a big face lift like this was! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before and after pictures of the living room with original artwork. The new living room includes an updated fireplace, wood walls, ceiling and floors all refinished and new furniture. Frames of art on the stair wall were painted to match the new design. We removed the wall between living and kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
