This property was designed from ground up, following procurement of property: home design & detailing, placement on land, layout of 1/4 mile driveway, and complete interior design services.
Home Design services included: concept design, development, complete construction document production, and construction administration.
Interior Design services included:
- Finishes: (Selection, placement, detailing and procurement of all finishes)
- Lighting: (lighting design, research, specification & procurement of lighting fixtures)
- Plumbing: (research, specification, and procurement of plumbing)
- Cabinets: (design, detailing, selection of cabinet style, finishes, countertops, procurement and installation of all cabinets)
- Furniture: (research, specification, procurement and installation of all furniture and furnishings).
- Construction administration services included regular site visits during construction, site and meeting notes, coordination with contractors and sub-contractors, preparation of punch lists, etc.
