A total turnkey project for the StudioTrimble team, designed from ground up, following procurement of property: home design & detailing, placement on land, layout of 1/4 mile driveway, and complete interior design services. Home Design services included: concept design, development, complete construction document production, construction administration. Interior Design services included: Finishes (Selection, placement, detailing and procurement of all finishes), Lighting: (lighting design, research, specification & procurement of lighting fixtures), Plumbing: (research, specification, and procurement of plumbing), Cabinets: (design, detailing, selection of cabinet style, finishes, countertops, procurement and installation of all cabinets), Furniture: (research, specification, procurement and installation of all furniture and furnishings). Construction administration services included regular site visits during construction, site and meeting notes, coordination with contractors and sub-contractors, preparation of punch lists, etc.
